  • This conference saw a total of 30 participants representing 6 Arab countries, representing the four networks of the Arab House for Adult Learning and Development (AHAED). Of all participants 10 of the participants are men, and reminder were women. 
  • Over 60 people attended the opening ceremony, including the head of the General Authority of Adult Education and representatives from local learning centres, community forums, civil organizations, DVV International and UNESCO representatives. Dr. Zahi Azar, Dr. Ekbal Elsamaloty, Nazaret Nazaretyan and Jawad ElGousous presented an introductory panel to open the conference.
